Yamata-no-Orochi's Revival
106 Yamato-no-Orochi's Revival
Album: Ōkami Original Soundtrack
Length: 1:58
Composer: Masami Ueda
Previous song: Sinister Design
Next song: The Great Goddess Amaterasu's Revival
Yamata-no-Orochi's Revival is the sixth track on the first disc of the Ōkami Original Soundtrack. It is played after Susano removed Tsukuyomi and unsealed Orochi.

The music is mostly compressed with some medium-pitched drumming and follow-up shakuhachi. Sounds of echoing stringed instruments (mostly the shamisen), along with some vibraphonic sounds from small gongs.

The music starts off with some vibraphone beating and "vibrating", continued by a low pitched shakuhachi. Then, the medium-pitched drumming (smaller than a practice taiko) would be beaten continuously with the follow-up of the slight lower and higher pitch from the shakuhachi. Some hint of high-pitched shamisen winding can be seldomly heard.
