Old Man Orange's Appearance is the twentieth track on the first disc of the Ōkami Original Soundtrack. It is first played when meeting Mr. Orange for the first time and is considered his theme song. This soundtrack is also played in Kemu and Ishaku's houses.

Old Man Orange's Appearance's musical instruments are serialized. It started out with some marble sounds, continued with the hinobue, practiced in a lower key. When the komabue solo ended, the shamisen's solo would be played. Then, it would starts the chorus with the both hinobue and hichiriki with the escort of the hotchiku. Some sounds from a low-key tuba (digital) also escorts the hotchiku and the hichiriki. Each chorus lines always have the beating of the hyoshigi.

The first and second solo part is somewhat slow, then the shinobue would take over with its high-pitched harmonization with hichiriki and hotchiku. Each chorus line would have the hotchiku expressing it's liveliness with shinobue. Along the track, sounds from a digitized tuba and the mild beatings of hyoshigi escorts the flutes all the way. The music evokes a somewhat silly, funny or rather comical in someone whom is considered an "old fart".

The music become the them for Mr. Orange and Ishaku in their respective places. But, after the first one, the first 11 seconds (komabue and shamisen solo) of the track would not be played.
