Length: 1:50
Composer: Masami Ueda
Previous song: Dragon Sketch Success
Next song: Kamiki Village's Restoration
Mysterious Disapperance is the eighteenth track on disc one of the Ōkami Original Soundtrack. It can be heard when Amaterasu enters an ethereal realm, such as the torii just below the Konohana tree, and the ones to Sasa Sanctuary or the Moon Cave.

The entire track is slow, echoing and continuous digital music. Some traditional instruments such as the taiko and the wind chimes can be heard almost every chorus part of the track.

The music starts out in a somewhat slow, yet long echoing sound made digitally. Sounds of taiko beats can be heard in the first 2 seconds, then, some sounds of wind chimes escort the echoing sound in the rest of the track. Although, some stringed instruments can also be heard while certain water droplet echoes soothe the track's mood. Mysterious Disappearance evokes a feeling that could not be easily described, drawing some sagacity in one's heart, soothing, quiet and eternal.
